The GBCC Robotic Surgery Workshop is only for Non-Korean Participants program and will be conducted as a pre-conference program of GBCC 2026.
This program designed for robotic surgeons who have completed the basic program and wish to enhance basics skills or focus on a specific procedure.
It is a personalized course with an emphasis on hands-on practice on cadaver models.

* It takes approximately 1 hour to GBCC venue (Grand Walkerhill Hotel) by car.
* Shuttle buses are not provided between the Workshop venue and the GBCC venue.
Up to four-hours procedures will be conducted in both the morning and afternoon.

- Each team working on one cadaver will consist of one tutor, one operator, and up to three observers.
- Up to eight teams will be conducted.
- The final team assignments will be determined by the Secretariat.

03 Registration Process
- The registration deadline for the GBCC Robotic Surgery Workshop is January 25, 2026.
- Since the GBCC Robotic Surgery Workshop operates on a competitive review system, registration may close earlier than the announced deadline depending on the situation.
- The Secretariat will send a notice to final workshop participants after internal review.
- Compliance with the certification procedure is required; therefore, submission of an application does not guarantee completion of the registration.
- Applicants are required to submit:
- Experience in robotic hands-on courses
- Da Vinci Robotic Surgical System at your hospital
- Preferred Da Vinci System
- Professional background (Brief Description) - Successful applicants will receive individual notification via email.

• Select the 'Apply' checkbox of Robotic Surgery Workshop
• Fill out your answer for the workshop application
• Complete the payment for GBCC 2026 registration fee first.
• Acceptance notice for the GBCC Robotic Surgery Workshop will be sent individually by the Secretariat.
• Complete the remaining payment for Robotic Surgery Workshop within five working days.
04 Registration Fee
- Only GBCC registrants can apply this program and must pay the GBCC registration fee for each category separately from the workshop fee.
- The payment of workshop registration fee should be completed within five working days after receiving the acceptance notice; otherwise, the position will be offered to the next suitable applicant.
- The registration fee covers all program instruction, materials and lunch for the robotic surgery workshop on April 22 (Wed.), 2026. However, the GBCC 2026 registration fee is not included.
- Attendees are responsible for their transportation, accommodations and additional meals.
