01 Registration Process

Sign up or log in to the website.

STEP02

Click "Registration" tab and save your registration status. * Registration Open:
Nov. 1 (Sat.), 2025

STEP03

Make your registration fee payment online.
(Credit Card or Bank Transfer)

STEP04

Check your email for payment confirmation.

※ Kindly note that after the registration deadline, registration fees cannot be refunded under any circumstances, including visa denial.

If you require a visa to enter Korea, we strongly recommend completing your visa application well in advance.

To assist participants with your visa applications, the GBCC Secretariat will provide the following documents upon request:

1. Letter for Visa (Soft & Hard Copy)
2. Certificate of Business Registration of GBCC
3. Introduction of the Event

★ Documents Not Provided

1. Guarantee Letter

  • If you do not receive your ID and password, as well as a payment confirmation letter via email, please contact the secretariat (gbccreg@intercom.co.kr).

02 Group Registration

Foreigners ONLY: Professor, Physician and Company

  • To make a group registration, download the Group Registration Form and send the filled-out form to the secretariat (gbccreg@intercom.co.kr). [Download Form]
  • Payment for group registration must be paid AT ONCE by one person.
  • When remitting the group registration fees by bank transfer, the sender should be one of the group registrants to avoid any confusion.
  • Please note that the bank charge for remittance should be paid by the sender.
  • Group registration fee discount cannot be overlapped with other discounts.

03 Registration and Payment Status

On-going Your registration status is "on-going" once you make full payment.
Confirmed Your registration status is "confirmed" after your payment is confirmed by the secretariat. It takes 2 weeks for your status to be updated from "on-going" to "confirmed" after you make full payment.
  • Receipt can be printed online once your status is updated to be "confirmed".
  • Confirmation Letter will be sent within five working days after you make full payment. If you do not receive one, contact the secretariat by e-mail (gbccreg@intercom.co.kr).
