For those who wish to make a hotel reservation through the secretariat of GBCC, please be sure to complete your registration before hotel booking.

03. Cancellation Policy
Any requests for changes and/or cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the secretariat of GBCC via e-mail (gbcchotel@intercom.co.kr).
Refunds will be processed after the completion of the GBCC according to the following policy and all processing fees will be deducted from the
reimbursement.
All dates and times are based on Korean Standard Time (GMT+9).
Cancellations or Refund penalty fees.

Cancellation request from March 19 (Thu.) to March 31 (Tue.), 2026	One (1) night's room rate

04. General Announcement

Accommodation Reservation Deadline: March 18 (Wed.), 2026
Hotel reservation is arranged by the secretariat of GBCC, and do not contact hotel directly for any changes and cancellation.
For group reservation, it is required to make your reservation directly to the secretariat of GBCC at gbcchotel@intercom.co.kr.
If you wish to reserve different types of rooms, please contact the secretariat of GBCC at gbcchotel@intercom.co.kr.
Please note that room reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis, and room availability cannot be guaranteed even before the deadline
as the conference period lies within the peak season.
General Check-in Time: From 15:00, Check-out Time: By 11:00
- For early check-in (before 15:00) & late check-out (after 11:00) depend on room's availability and
additional charge for early check-in and/or late check-out will be applied as personal bill.
All dates and times are based on Korean Standard Time (GMT +9).

05. Payment Information

All room reservations will be guaranteed by credit card information given on this form; however, room rates will be charged by the hotel when you
check-out, and receipts will be issued accordingly.
Confirmation Letter will be sent after the accommodation reservation deadline (March 18 (Wed.), 2026).
Application letter will be sent right after your online reservation.
Tax and service charges of each room are included in the room rate.
Additional expenses such as breakfast, mini-bar, laundry service, etc. are the participant's responsibility and should be paid to the hotel when you
check out.
Valid credit card information is required to secure room reservation.
All room rates will be charged in Korean Won.
