Abstracts should be submitted online in English.
The abstract structure should be as follows:
- Abstract should be structured into the following headings: Background, Methods, Result, and Conclusion.
- Abstract should not exceed 300 words. (Excluding Abstract Title and Spaces)
The maximum number of authors is 30 per abstract.
Figure, Table, Reference and Keyword are not allowed.
If an author is affiliated with hospital as well as university, please enter the name of the hospital for which he/she works.
The conflict of interest policy requirements applies to all abstract authors. Any potential conflict of interest must be indicated upon abstract submission. It is the responsibility of the Presenting Author to obtain disclosure information from all co-authors and to provide disclosure of all interests and relationships. This includes any financial or other relationships with commercial entities whose products or services are related to the subject matter in the manuscript, or sociopolitical issues that can cause conflict.
We are accepting Trial-in-Progress submissions and encore submissions.
Encore submissions must:
Have been presented solely in abstract form, including publication in conference proceedings. (Submissions which was already published in the full publication form in journals are NOT accepted.
Include significant additional data from the previous presentation (as determined by the review committee).
Include the abstract title, co-authors listed, the full abstract, and indicate if this is an encore presentation and, if so, where it was previously presented. This information should be presented both in abstract and in poster.
It is the sole responsibility of the author to follow these rules.
The first author will be responsible for obtaining, and, upon request, showing proof that written permission has been obtained from the copyright holder of the original abstract publication(s).
Please note that encore abstracts can be disadvantaged in selecting awards and scholarships.
Abstract acceptance will be notified by e-mail.
The decision of the Scientific Committee on abstract acceptance is final. While authors’ preferences for oral or poster presentations will be considered, the committee may offer an alternative format. No correspondence on their decision can be initiated by the authors.
The first author or corresponding author should reply to the notification of acceptance of their abstract for attendance confirmation.

The request for modification or withdrawal after the abstract submission deadline must be submitted through email (gbccabs@intercom.co.kr).
The first author or corresponding author may request a correction of error (e.g., typos, misspellings, grammatical errors).
If the presenting author does not register for GBCC 2025 by the registration deadline, his/her abstract will be automatically withdrawn.
GBCC 2025 Abstract Book will be published as PDF only and will be uploaded on the GBCC website.
Submitting an abstract implies the following agreement of authors:
- Including an abstract in the [GBCC 2025 Abstract Book] that will be published online
- Modified by the GBCC 2025 Scientific Committee to improve an abstract (e.g., typos, grammatical errors)
