It is our great pleasure and privilege to welcome you to the Global Breast Cancer Conference 2027 (GBCC 2027), a particularly meaningful gathering as we celebrate the 20th anniversary of GBCC and convene together with the 10th International Oncoplastic Breast Surgery Symposium (IOPBS).

Since its inception in 2007, GBCC has grown into a leading global platform where clinicians, researchers, policymakers, advocates, and partners from around the world come together with a shared commitment to advancing breast cancer research and care. Over the past two decades, GBCC has fostered the exchange of knowledge, encouraged multidisciplinary collaboration, and built meaningful connections across institutions, specialties, and borders.

Twenty years of GBCC represent not only a milestone to celebrate, but also a foundation upon which we can build the future.

This year, that milestone becomes even more meaningful as GBCC 2027 joins together with the 10th IOPBS. Bringing these two important meetings together creates a unique opportunity to connect a broad spectrum of expertise in breast cancer, from cutting-edge research and systemic treatment to surgery, reconstruction, survivorship, and patient-centered care. We believe this shared platform will inspire deeper multidisciplinary dialogue, new perspectives, and stronger international collaboration.

As we celebrate 20 years of GBCC, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to everyone who has contributed to this remarkable journey. The dedication, participation, and continued support of our global community have shaped GBCC into what it is today.

At the same time, this anniversary invites us to look forward.
