Oral presentation at GBCC 10 will be conducted Pre-recorded presentation available to play within the GBCC 10 virtual platform. Secretariat will assume that presenter gives GBCC 10 portrait & publication permission by participating as an oral presenter to promote the materials, and/or record to GBCC virtual platform.
All oral presentations will be available for registrants to view anytime during and for the next 2 months after the GBCC 10.
If you upload your pre-recorded presentation late the quality of the processed files cannot be guaranteed. The virtual platform needs preparation time and we kindly ask you to meet the deadline in order to provide the participants the best possible experience.
All oral sessions will be made available to registrants during and for the next 2 months after the GBCC 10. After the GBCC 10, the recording of your presentation will be uploaded on the GBCC website.
If participants leave a question about your presentation, it will be automatically emailed to you. We kindly ask you to actively respond to the question during the GBCC 10 period (April 8-10, 2021).

1. PREPARING YOUR PRESENTATION

Please present your presentation using the GBCC 10 PPT template to provide a consistent look and feel to all conference presentations, making participants feel they are a part of GBCC 10 experience. [Download Template]
STEP 2: Create presenting slides more than 15 slides including title
Format: Microsoft Office PowerPoint (.ppt), (.pptx)
Screen Ratio: 16:9
Font: Please use default font provided MS Office such as Arial and Calibri in order to avoid any potential problems
STEP 3: Record your presentation via Zoom
Please use the GBCC 10 pre-recording guideline to ensure your presentation meets the guidelines PRIOR to recording [Download Guideline]
Duration: up to 10 minutes
Applicable Format: MP4 file incorporates Audio and Content Slides (PowerPoint) all in a single file
